We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties maintain sparkling clean windows, enhancing the overall appearance of buildings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Clean windows using water fed pole technology and traditional method. (Residential & Commercial) Drive to various locations to perform window cleaning services, adhering to all traffic regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding services provided. Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with clients and ensuring repeat business. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing tasks to ensure personal safety and that of others. Driving a sign written company vehicle. Finding hard to reach places via smart phone. Problem solving Logging and reporting of any faults.

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning is not a problem as we provide full training. A valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to engage positively with clients. Good communication skills are vital for understanding client needs and providing exceptional service.
