CAS Contract Cleaning Ltd are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive to various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Use of wash and reach system for high windows or difficult-to-access areas
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or using equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their specific window cleaning needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Window Cleaner is preferred using both traditional and wash and reach method,
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
