The role

Deliver top-quality window cleaning across Residential, commercial, industrial, education and hospitality sites using

Reach & Wash

and

traditional

methods. Expect early starts and occasional weekends.

You will:

Clean internal and external glazing to spec and on schedule. Support add-on tasks (as trained):

gutter clearing, cladding cleaning, pressure washing

. Keep van/kit tidy, complete job photos/notes, and follow RAMS. Represent Aqua Force professionally with clients and site teams.
Nice to have

Drainage experience

(e.g., basic unblocking/CCTV) - helpful, not essential. Full training available for the right person.
What you'll get

NLW-12.50/hour

(experience-based) + monthly performance bonus. Overtime opportunities; occasional weekend premiums.

28 days holiday

(incl. bank holidays, pro-rata).

Uniform, PPE, vehicle, fuel card

provided. Paid training & tickets where needed:

IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, First Aid, COSHH

What we need from you

Full UK manual driving licence

(essential).

1+ year

professional window cleaning (preferred). Confident with

Reach & Wash

and

traditional

methods. Strong health & safety mindset; reliable, tidy, and customer-focused. Right to work in the UK;

DBS

may be required for specific sites.
Hours & travel

Monday-Friday core hours; early starts; occasional weekends. Travel across

Suffolk, Essex & London

(rota-based).
