Join the OCS team at the state-of-the-art Hill Dickinson Stadium, home to Everton Football Club. As a Window Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine appearance of one of Europe's most advanced football venues, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for over 52,000 fans and visitors.
Health & Safety Purpose: To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role Clean and maintain all internal and external glass surfaces, including panoramic viewing areas, hospitality suites, and public concourses.
Operate cleaning equipment such as water-fed poles, squeegees, and access platforms (IPAF certification desirable).
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring attention or repair.
Work safely at height and follow all health and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the wider facilities and maintenance team to ensure high standards across the stadium.
Clean and maintain all low-level external cladding, including door frames, signage surrounds, and entrance areas.
Support the cleaning and waste team when necessary, especially during high-traffic events or matchdays.
Health & Safety accountabilities Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
Ensure that the OCS safety image is reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
Ensure that personal H&S competence and skill level is maintained i.e. attended Managing Safety programme and other Company safety events.
Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.
Experience
Previous experience in commercial or stadium window cleaning preferred.
Comfortable working at height and in outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
Must be eligible to work in the UK
