We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Set work will be allocated each day, flexible working hours apply when targets are met.
Duties
Clean windows using reach and wash system.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
Report any issues or concerns observed during cleaning to management promptly.
Skills
Proficient driving skills with a valid UK driving license, van will be provided.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Strong communication skills, enabling clear interaction with customers regarding their expectations and feedback.
All training will be provided.
