Window Cleaner - Full Time

Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (Weekend overtime available)

Salary: 26,000 per annum + performance bonuses

About the Role

Mr Window Cleaner is growing, and we're looking for a hardworking, reliable Window Cleaner to join our professional team. This role covers a wide range of cleaning services across domestic and commercial properties. You'll represent a trusted brand known for quality, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Window Cleaning using: Water Fed Pole (WFP) systems Traditional methods (applicator, squeegee, detailing) Gutter Clearance: (From ladders) Using gutter-vac systems Jet Washing of driveways, patios, and external surfaces PVC, fascia, soffit & cladding cleaning Conservatory roof cleaning Safe operation of the company vehicle (business use only) Using your own mobile phone for sat nav and job sheets Delivering excellent customer service and communication Working independently whilst also supporting the wider team
Requirements (Must-Haves)

Full UK Driving Licence Experience in: Traditional & WFP window cleaning Gutter clearance (including ladder work) Jet washing (preferred) Honest, reliable and trustworthy Strong social and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good timekeeping and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Ability to represent the Mr Window Cleaner brand professionally
