We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team at Matthews Cleaning Services. This role involves cleaning windows of various buildings, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work safely at heights. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

Clean windows on both residential and commercial premises using appropriate tools and techniques Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality Operate cleaning equipment safely, including ladders and water fed poles when necessary Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service Maintain safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Keep work areas organised and ensure all equipment is stored securely after use

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Good command of English for effective communication with clients and team members Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand client needs
