The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driving licence is essential for this position.
Duties
Clean windows and glass surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or using ladders.
Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, respectful, and responsive to client needs.
Drive to various job sites in a timely manner, ensuring all equipment is transported safely.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific requirements and any additional services that may be needed.
Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
Must possess a valid driving licence and have a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical fitness is required as the role involves climbing ladders and lifting equipment.
