Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that both residential and commercial properties maintain a pristine appearance through effective window cleaning techniques. This role requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Clean windows of various sizes and heights using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure the safe use of ladders, lifts, and other equipment while performing cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Drive to various job locations in a timely manner, ensuring all equipment is transported safely. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas. Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning to management promptly.

Requirements

Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation to job sites. Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to work at heights safely and effectively, demonstrating good physical fitness. A positive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
