Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaning Assistant to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises both Commercial and Domestic clients. Ideal opportunity for a school leaver or collage student.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and organised environment while developing valuable skills in the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of hygiene Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively Maintain cleaning schedules and report any issues or repairs needed Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service satisfaction Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence is preferred or working towards gaining a licence for roles requiring travel between sites Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail
