Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of windows and conservatories including warm roofs in residential and commercial properties.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Install windows, ensuring they are plumb, level, and secure. Repair damaged window frames and sashes as necessary. Work with hand tools and power tools to fabricate window components. Conduct work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during the installation process.
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window fitting. Strong ability to plumb installations accurately for optimal performance Understanding of plastering techniques for finishing around window installations. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
