Window & Door Processing Coordinator - Office-Based (Amesbury)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

30-35k Per Annum (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus For Hitting Sales Targets

We're a small, family-run business based in Amesbury, and we're on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on individual with solid experience in the window and door industry. If you've worked as a fitter or installer and are ready to bring your practical know-how into a structured, supportive office environment -- this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing

Processing window and door quotations and orders with accuracy and attention to detail Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Providing our customers with excellent customer service Reviewing technical specifications and ensuring product compliance Supporting the trade counter when needed -- flexibility is key Managing documentation, delivery schedules, and system updates

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of window and door products -- fitting experience is not essential but a big plus Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Comfortable using spreadsheets and order processing systems Willing to pitch in across the business from taking deliveries to serving customers when required Friendly, adaptable, and keen to be part of a close-knit team
