About the Role



We are seeking motivated and experienced UPVC Fabricators to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us meet departmental targets by fabricating high-quality UPVC windows and doors in line with our production schedules.

You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Overtime may be required to ensure production deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities



Fabricate UPVC windows and doors according to specified designs and quality standards. Ensure all materials and accessories are used correctly as per specifications - if in doubt, ask before proceeding. Always follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace. Work toward meeting daily and weekly production targets; raise any issues that may impact performance early. Immediately report any safety hazards or quality concerns. Do not pass along defective or non-conforming materials. Follow all company HSE and HR policies and procedures. Perform visual quality checks on all completed work. Support all aspects of the UPVC department during peak production periods. Take ownership of individual projects, working independently when required.
