Job description

A long-established double-glazing installation company requires skilled window fitter / carpenter to join the team. Experience with fitting vertical sliding sash windows, casement windows, and doors in uPVC, aluminium and/or timber is required. The windows and doors are collected from Uxbridge and installed in Ealing and the surrounding areas.

The position is self employed with fixed pay for each day worked. A company van will be provided. We have a well stocked yard and are well organised. The work day is from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Competitive day or price rates for the right people.

Key Requirements:

At least 5 years experience as lead window fitter.

Minimal Technical Compliance (MTC) card is preferred

Experience with fitting uPVC, timber, and aluminium windows.

Experience with fitting casement windows, sash windows and doors in a domestic setting.

Decorating skills to make good around the windows and doors.

Work must be to the highest standard, with meticulous attention to detail.

Must be amicable with excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with customers.

Hardworking and reliable.

Full UK driving licence to drive the company van.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 130.00-220.00 per day
