Field-based (on the road) covering Wales

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and dependable

Window Fitter

to join our expanding team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain windows in residential and commercial properties, ensuring every project is completed to the highest possible standard. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing a range of window types using correct tools and techniques Repairing and replacing damaged or faulty units Ensuring all windows are sealed and insulated to improve energy efficiency Conducting accurate onsite surveys (essential) Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace and adhering to H&S regulations Working collaboratively with other trades to deliver complete solutions Travelling to various sites as required

What You'll Bring

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 Fenestration qualification Proven window fitting experience and technical knowledge Ability to conduct accurate onsite surveys Competency with power and hand tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable:

Experience in carpentry or related trades Additional skills in any of the following: plastering, welding, masonry, roofing, or painting

If so do you have any points or unspent motoring convictions? This role requires an enhanced DBS check. Are you willing to undergo and submit this check upon appointment, and do you understand that employment is contingent on a satisfactory outcome? Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 Fenestration (Window Installation) qualification?
