CSR Trained - Desirable

Be confident working at heights

Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Rate of Pay:

12.21 per hour

Hours of Work: 28/35

Hours per week (Monday to Friday, very occasional Saturday 9am - 1pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for clearing gutters, roofs, powerwashing etcetra on buildings such as private homes, offices and retail and commercial outlets. Due to the nature of the job you will be required to work up ladders. Other cleaning jobs will be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned, however, the core duties of this position are as follows:

Cleaning of residential/commercial gutters

Power washing

PVC cleaning

Cleaning of interior and exterior commercial and retail windows

Work at ground level and on ladders

Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system.

Confident in the use of tablet devices, training will be provided

Desire to be trained and learn the appropriate skill to clean windows and gutters.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

The ability to work at heights and climb ladders up to 30 feet.

Awareness of safety requirements

The willingness to learn how to use appropriate tools and water purification equipment.

The ability to communicate clearly with fellow works, employer and clients

Ability to learn to use power-operated lifting equipment, for high level cleaning.

While performing the essential duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to climb ladders, load and un-load equipment from vehicle, drive vehicle.
