Le Vignoble is a modern hybrid wine business in Finzels Reach, Bristol.
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate can expect a varied & hands-on job role, being an important member of the management team by overseeing day to day operations, ensuring procedures are followed, maintaining health & safety standards, building client relationships, developing wine knowledge of the team and maintaining an engaging social media presence.
Previous hospitality supervisory experience and WSET qualifications are highly desirable, but ultimately a love for wine, a passion for providing great customer service, and a positive attitude towards developing knowledge, skills and relationships are most important.
The position will suit someone who would like to progress their career in either the hospitality or wine industry, as sponsorship of qualifications and various other professional opportunities will be available.
Competitive rate of pay offered, plus a substantial salary boost can be expected from service charge and tips.
Le Vignoble is an independent business which started in Plymouth in 2012 with a second site which opened in Bristol in 2019. With over 400 wines available to drink in or take away, continental tapas platters, tasting & talking events and an extensive range of wines available to drink in by the taster & glass from state of the art self service Enomatic machines, Le Vignoble can be classed as a wine lovers heaven.
