Fox Fine Wines is a small, busy, city based wine bar/restaurant currently looking to fill the full time position of Supervisor. The Supervisor role is a junior management role with key holder responsibilities and some management tasks.

Our bars are a fun and relaxed environment to work in, with great opportunities to develop further wine knowledge.

The successful candidate will have key holder experience in the industry, speak fluent English and have a passion for wine. We also expect this person to have motivation to become an Assistant Manager.

We look for professionals who are friendly, smart, punctual and willing to work hard as part of the team. Must be available to work 42 hours a week, Monday to Friday day time and evenings (no weekends).

An interest in wine is a must and a good wine knowledge will certainly help your application although it's not a necessity, you will learn a lot working with us!

Experience at supervisor level is necessary and we are looking for someone who has the motivation to be trained and become an Assistant Manager.

Salary starts at 27K and service charge is also paid on top and adds at least 10,000 per annum. Gratuities and bonus scheme are also on offer.
