Woking FC Academy is excited to welcome applications for a
Youth Academy Coaching role
within theYouth Development Phase
of our Youth Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach talented young players competing in theJunior Premier League (JPL)
and play a key role in their development.Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions (2 per week - 2.5 hours total). Lead your team on Saturday matchdays, ensuring a positive, developmental experience. Participate in the retain and release process as part of player development and progression.
Qualifications & Experience:
UEFA B Licence. (E) Previous Academy Experience. (E) Step 1 -3 First Team/EFL Experience. (D) Must have access to own car.
