Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Level 3 (or above) Women's Artistic coach with management experience

to lead the development of Olympian's Women's Artistic pathway and support the ongoing improvement of coaching standards across the business.

This is a senior technical and leadership role, combining:

Artistic pathway development Coach mentoring and quality oversight Squad leadership Collaborative management within a multi-site organisation Working with IGA on local competitions
The role is

not designed around elite or high-performance competition pathways

, but rather around structured progression from grassroots to intermediate artistic gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities



Women's Artistic Pathway Development



Design, implement, and oversee a Women's Artistic pathway aligned with Olympian's recreational model Establish clear technical standards and progression benchmarks Ensure the pathway integrates effectively with existing recreational programmes and supports member retention

Coaching & Squad Oversight



Lead and oversee the delivery of Women's Artistic training across designated venues Monitor gymnast development, safety, and programme quality Ensure all artistic activity aligns with best practice, safeguarding, and age-appropriate coaching principles

Coach Training, Mentoring & Quality Improvement



Recruit, train, and develop a team of coaches capable of delivering artistic gymnastics to a consistently high standard Provide hands-on support through in-venue mentoring, demonstrations, and feedback Contribute to raising overall coaching quality across Olympian, not solely within artistic squads

Leadership & Management



Lead artistic coaches and squads with professionalism and consistency Work collaboratively with Venue Managers and senior leadership At times, support venue operations while on duty, ensuring standards and processes are upheld Contribute to coaching frameworks, operational standards, and manager support across the business

Candidate Profile



Essential



Minimum Level 3 Women's Artistic qualification

Proven experience coaching Women's Artistic gymnastics Management or leadership experience within a club environment Strong understanding of technical progressions, safety, and risk management

Desirable



Experience developing pathway or squad structures Experience working across multiple venues or teams

Contract Structure & Flexibility



Contract options include:

Term-based contracts

, aligned to: September-December January-April May-June (optional)

Fixed-term contracts

Permanent contracts

, depending on experience and availability
Working patterns may be adjusted based on programme needs and location.

Salary & Benefits



Salary:

30,000 - 40,000 per annum

, depending on experience and scope of responsibility
