Women's Loungewear, Casualwear & Accessories Designer
Central London | Established, Fashion-Forward Womenswear Brand
My client is a highly successful womenswear brand celebrated for its effortlessly stylish and trend-led collections. They are now seeking a creative and commercially minded Loungewear, Casualwear & Accessories Designer to join their dynamic team in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who is passionate about relaxed, contemporary fashion, someone who can translate emerging trends into beautifully designed, commercially viable pieces across loungewear, casual separates, and accessories. Working closely with the brand founder, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of the category, from concept through to final product.
Key Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and translate key fashion trends into cohesive, on-brand collections across loungewear, casualwear, and accessories.
• Design elevated, modern pieces that combine comfort, quality, and contemporary style.
• Present seasonal ranges and design concepts confidently to the founder and senior management.
• Develop detailed tech packs and communicate precise briefs to suppliers and factories.
• Work on innovative prints, embroidery, and fabric developments that enhance each collection.
• Collaborate closely with offshore and production teams to manage sampling and ensure high-quality execution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production capabilities to balance creativity with practicality.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in loungewear, casualwear, or jersey apparel design, with additional exposure to accessories design.
• A sharp eye for trend and detail, with the ability to create commercial yet fashion-forward product ranges.
• Proficient in CAD and confident working across both shape and embellishment design.
• Strong technical understanding of fabrics, fit, and construction.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
