The role can be full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days per week) and is 12 months temporary to support maternity cover. Dependent on success of the product range we hope to make the role permanent.

We help NHS organisations support people to self-manage from any injury or condition, enabling patients to trust their recovery, have the confidence to self-manage and get better without over treatment.

To support this, we are looking for an addition to our sales function to join our team of clinicians, project managers, marketing and sales people.

Description:



To work closely with the getUBetter team to support the sales operation focussing on supporting the generation of new business, repeat business and renewals in our Women's Pelvic Health (WPH) product range.

Tasks and duties will include:

Generating sales leads in target markets, clients and products. Working closely to support the sales process and colleagues across getUBetter to ensure WPH sales activities are coordinated and that appropriate information is shared. Co-ordinating all aspects of the WPH sales pipeline so managing, recording, and assigning incoming opportunities Ensuring and coordinating the follow-up of enquiries in the WPH sales funnel to maximise potential sales opportunities through to order, and processing orders. Creating WPH proposals and quotations in response to getUBetter and client requests, liaising as required with colleagues, legal/renewals, finance, and deployment teams, including acquiring the appropriate approvals according to agreed internal processes. Contributing to weekly sales meetings and be accountable for all necessary reporting on forecasts, Sales Order Book and Management Reports for WPH Managing the WPH renewal process to ensure that annual renewals are processed in a proactive and timely manner. Ensuring that the appropriate systems are updated and well organised, coordinated for delivery across the organisation, including where necessary the maintenance of reference information General assistance and support to the sales process and associated colleagues to aid the achievement of sales targets by ensuring any contracts, and quotations requests are dealt with in a timely manner. General assistance across the other functions of the business e.g., support deployment or marketing. Support CEO and sales leads (usually clinician driven) in the presentation of getUBetter WPH services to client base and or co-ordinate appropriate getUBetter representation where needed.

Person Specification



This role requires a person with experience, credibility, and interpersonal skills, as well as the skills detailed below.

Qualifications / Experience



Evident NHS or Health sector sales experience OR similar b2b or enterprise sates experience in a slower-paced sales environment Ideally a clinician with experience in Women's Pelvic Health OR experience in the Femtech sector OR a clinical background Or demonstratable experience in sales / health tech Graduate preferred but not essential; a relevant business/marketing degree, sales experience or clinical qualification would be advantageous. 3-4 years of practical experience in a similar environment (more if not a graduate) Proven customer relationship management experience Direct Sales experience an advantage Experience in dealing and presenting to customers and suppliers and prioritising outstanding tasks. Experience in dealing confidently with colleagues of all levels around the organisation up to the CEO. A successful track record of working to tight deadlines

Skills and Abilities



Good interpersonal, communication and evident presentational skills, both written and oral to potential sales clients. Excellent MS Office and IT skills. Experience in using a CRM, ideally Monday. Team player with a pragmatic attitude. Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed. Good time management, organisational and planning skills.
