Wonderful Family Looking for a Live in / live out Housekeeper / Nanny Needed with own apartment, North Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Lovely family looking for a live in / live out Housekeeper with some Nanny duties to undertake the day to day running of the house to join their family.
The family live in a beautiful house in the lovely area of North Leeds and are looking for a proactive housekeeper with a can do attitude, the housekeeper would need to have high standards and a keen eye for detail!
The family have one 8 year old girl and are expecting another child in November, would require assistance with the baby and older daughter.
The duties would include, cleaning, washing, ironing, cooking, and clearing up and running errands for the family. The family have a friendly little dog who is low maintenance and would require the housekeeper to let out and feed.
The live in accommodation would consist of an apartment above the garage with its own entrance, bedroom, kitchen with high end appliances, and bathroom.

Location of the job: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS Check and 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid
Hours of work: 45 \xe2\x80\x93 50 hours per week
Days required: Monday - Friday (flexibility and occasional weekends)
Pets in the home: Yes, a small friendly dog
Driving required: Yes, but not to drive the children around.
Job Start Date: November but can be flexible.
Pay: \xc2\xa330,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa333,000 Gross per Annum Depending on Experience
