Wonderful Family Looking for Flexible and Caring Nanny, Near Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

A warm and welcoming family are looking for a kind compassionate and flexible nanny with a muck in attitude to join their family long term. They have a delightful little girl and a little boy and are looking for someone who can truly become part of their lives.
The family are seeking a nanny who is child centred empathetic and understanding someone who will create, fun and engaging activities based on the children's interests. Their little girl enjoys arts crafts and creative play while their little boy loves being outdoors exploring nature and is fascinated by animals and vehicles.
While the family are happy for the children to attend the occasional activity or group they would prefer this not to be the focus of their care. Instead they are looking for someone who can provide a nurturing home based environment where the children can thrive.
The nanny should be proactive and take initiative with child related tasks as well as help with light ad hoc household chores such as emptying and reloading the dishwasher putting on washing and general nursery duties. The role also involves working alongside the parents as a team supporting the daily routine and allowing Mum to spend quality one on one time with each child.
The role is for 35 hours per week with the days and times varying each week and given in advance. Flexibility is key and the family would love the nanny to be happy to travel with them on family holidays.

Location of the job: Near Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 4 years Nanny Experience.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or Equivalent
Hours of work: 35 Hours per Week - Alternate weekends, babysitting and some day care maybe required - there will also be more hours during school holidays
Days required: Monday - Friday but some weeks will be different

Pay: 29,120 Gross per Annum
