The ideal candidate must have good previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preverbally wood related industry.

Responsibilities

Sanding, burnishing, filling and working of wood in preparation for painting. Using hand / power tools and wood prepping equipment Some lifting and manual handling

Experience

Semi-skilled working in a production environment Previous experience working with machines and equipment in a wood production environment is advantageous

Safety

Follow company H & S procedures Wearing of supplied PPE for specific tasks Manage housekeeping in area ensuring it's a safe place to work

Quality

Right first-time approach Follow companies' quality standards and report any defects
As our business continues to grow, we have a new exiting opportunity for a semi-skilled sanding operative to join our team. Supporting the paint processes ensuring safety, quality, delivery and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
