Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team at Springvale Leisure Limited. This role is essential in supporting our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality furniture and soft furnishings. The successful applicant will be working in our woodmill frame department and be responsible for the loading of frames and placing in the racking. The nature of the position requires heavy lifting and will require a good level of physical fitness.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Support skilled workers by providing necessary materials and tools during the manufacturing process. Follow instructions accurately to meet quality standards set by the company.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or labour-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good physical stamina for handling materials and performing manual tasks.
Hours of work

06.45 - 16.15 Monday to Thursday (35 hours)

Overtime will be paid at enhanced rates

This is minimum wage position
