. This role provides children with the opportunity to develop musical skills, rhythm, and confidence while learning to play the recorder in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.
The club runs
Tuesdays, 3:00pm - 4:00pm

1 hour per week
).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise small groups of primary-aged children during recorder sessions.
Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that develop musical skills and teamwork.
Encourage confidence, creativity, and enjoyment while learning a woodwind instrument.
Communicate clearly with parents and school staff regarding children's progress.
Ensure instruments and the music space are safe, organised, and prepared for each session.
Experience & Skills
Experience teaching or tutoring children in music, particularly woodwind instruments.
Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured yet fun and interactive way.
Strong English communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
A background in music education, performance, or teaching is desirable.
