• Site PRS for all security topics, liaise with internal & external clients to identify/define requirements, scope and objectives supporting Bosch Guidelines.
• Site point of contact for IFM Security Provider and handle any issues that arise.
• Development & updating of site security concept with focus on removing non-value add.
• Proactively manage IFM security model in Worcester.
• Introduction of new technologies to support \'future\' security concepts.
• Systematic auditing and reporting within the confines of Bosch central directives: statistically reporting criminal activities, development and auditing of site security concept and contract reviews (SLAs, KPIs and review processes ...)
• Understanding of Integrated Facilities Maintenance (IFM).
• Support key IFM service activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Support key site service activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Create and maintain security & service documentation, plans and reports.
• Flexibility Working Models will be supported for this role in agreement with dept manager.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor & Services Coordinator or similar role.
• An ability to prepare and interpret data, charts, schedules and action plans.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Budget & People Management Skills.
• Flexibility Task Allocation & Responsibilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools.
