Et Hire Site Access Services is a rapidly growing company specializing in Work at Height solutions, design and build, and access systems. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Access Installer to join our team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a challenging environment and a different location every day. You will be responsible for installing aluminium scaffolding and work at height systems throughout the North West, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and meet our high standards.

Based in Bolton, our working hours are from 0700-1630, giving you a predictable schedule and work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Install a wide range of access solutions, including aluminium towers, edge protection, system staircases, and temporary works.

- Follow company procedures and method statements for the installation of our systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Prioritize the health and safety of yourself and others while working.

- Conduct thorough checks on company installations to ensure quality and integrity.

- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and harnesses for safety.

- Interact with clients, their representatives, and the public in a polite and professional manner at all times.

Required Skills:

- You will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our systems installation procedures, working alongside experienced fitters.

- Possession of a valid driving license is essential to travel to various locations.

- Strong teamwork skills and a mature attitude towards workplace relationships.

- Independent thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle any on-site issues.

- Physical fitness is required as the role involves lifting and climbing scaffolding.

- Having a current CSCS Card would be advantageous, as some work will be on construction sites. Additional certifications such as IPAF and PASMA are also beneficial.

- An understanding of safety requirements in the construction industry is necessary to excel in this demanding role.
