About the opportunity:

Are you passionate about problem-solving, innovation, or how businesses operate? Our work experience programme offers a unique opportunity to explore both engineering and business functions within a global forward-thinking organisation.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to areas such as:

Engineering: Design, testing, manufacturing, systems, and sustainability

Business Functions: Project management, finance, HR, marketing, and operations

What does this involve day to day?

You'll shadow professionals across Engineering and Business teams

You'll participate in real-world tasks and mini-projects

You'll attend career talks and skills workshops

You'll learn how technical and commercial teams collaborate

We run work experience programmes during selected weeks throughout the year. Spaces are limited, so early application is encouraged.
