Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for quality assurance, and experience in Work-Based Learning (WBL)? TSW Training is looking for a proactive and organised Quality Officer to join our award-winning team and support the quality and compliance of our WBL programmes.

About the Role



As part of our Quality team, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our apprenticeship and training delivery. You'll work closely with delivery teams, ensuring all programmes meet internal and external quality requirements. There will be an element of travel so a valid driving licence and access to a car will be a requirement. Your responsibilities will include:

Support the implementation of the

Quality Development Plan

and

annual quality planner

Coordinate and support the

self-assessment process

Conduct

internal quality audits

, evaluations, and improvement activities Support

teaching, learning and assessment evaluations

Coordinate and deliver

staff CPD

and qualification-based training Prepare for and support

external audits, quality evaluations, and inspections

Lead or contribute to

quality improvement projects

Manage the

quality observation programme

Coordinate learner and employer

feedback and surveys

Maintain

Awarding Body records

and compliance documentation Support

learners with additional learning needs

and act as

Deputy Safeguarding Officer

Promote best practice and ensure compliance with

GDPR, Health & Safety

, and

EWC standards

Essential:



Experience in

Work-Based Learning (WBL) administration or coordination

Knowledge of

Awarding Body centre requirements

Understanding of

Estyn expectations

for teaching and learning Excellent

organisational

IT

, and

digital literacy

skills Excellent attention to detail and report-writing ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good level of numeracy and written skills Relevant qualification (e.g.

Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent

) Must be registered with the

Education Workforce Council (EWC)

or willing to register Full right to work in the UK

Desirable:



Understanding of quality assurance frameworks in education and training Experience delivering or co-ordinating CPD and staff development activities Welsh language skills are an advantage
