As a Workday Benefits Lead at Kainos, you'll be a lead consultant responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base.



As a benefits expert in a team of consultants, you will manage relationships with our customers and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You'll provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers by truly understanding their business.



You'll be an expert in the benefits capability and use your technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide other team members as well as to provide thought leadership.

Must have:



Experience as a Benefits Lead for Workday implementations Deep knowledge of the Workday Benefits module; experience with additional modules like the Core HCM modules or Payroll a plus Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for Workday Benefits Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Workday Benefits Certification Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required) Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration Excellent written and oral communication skills
