The EU Pay Transparency landscape is reshaping how organisations govern rewards and communicate pay. Our EUPT team helps clients

assess their readiness

and

optimise Workday

so they can comply confidently and use transparency as a catalyst for better decisions. As our

Workday

Prism Lead

, you'll turn disparate people and reward data into trusted, decision ready insights and scalable reporting products.

What

you'll

do:



Lead data & analytics workstreams

for EUPT Readiness Assessments -- translating legal/business requirements into robust Workday data models, pipelines and reporting assets in Prism.

Design and build

Prism data pipelines, semantic models and governed datasets (incl. ingest, transform, schedule, lineage) to support pay transparency reporting and audit trails.

Deliver advanced reporting

(Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite), Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and

complex Calculated Fields

that operationalise EUPT insights in Workday.

Partner with HCM/Comp/Recruiting

leads and Solution Architects to align reports with real workflows (hire-to-retire, comp cycles, job architecture, skills frameworks).

Embed data quality & governance

(source mapping, reconciliation controls, documentation, test and migration plans) so outputs are reliable and explainable.

Mentor consultants

in Reporting & Analytics best practice; provide design oversight and code reviews.

Contribute to accelerators

-- templates, report packs and playbooks that help us deliver consistently and at scale.

Support pre

sales

: scope/effort estimates, solution demos, and client workshops as needed.

Stay current

: maintain Workday certifications and track feature releases relevant to Prism/Reporting.

What you'll

bring:



Over two years of

hands

-on experience in

Prism Analytics

and Workday Reporting

.

Workday HCM or Financials

deployment/optimisation background;

Workday HCM or Financials certification

(required).

Prism certification

(preferred) and proven delivery of Prism data pipelines/models to business users. Strong command of

Advanced/Matrix/Trending/Composite reports

,

Dashboards

,

Discovery Boards

,

Worksheets

, and

Calculated Fields

. Fluency in

requirements technical design build test migrate

, with client facing communication and stakeholder management. Practical knowledge of

data modelling, ETL concepts, performance tuning, and data governance

. Nice to have: familiarity with

reward/compensation

processes; exposure to

People Analytics

; working knowledge of SQL/Python for offline analysis; understanding of EU pay transparency concepts.
