guaranteed permanent contract

Your Rota Pattern

We're currently hiring for the following structured shifts:

Week 1:

Monday:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Tuesday:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Thursday:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Friday:

4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Week 2:

Tuesday:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Thursday - Sunday:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Carer, you'll deliver essential, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity:

Hands-on Support:

Personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility assistance

Companionship:

Emotional support and meaningful connection

Documentation:

Accurate and confidential care records

Travel:

Safely driving between client homes across East Devon

What We Look For

No previous care experience is required -- we provide

full, paid training
