As a Workforce Management Data & Headcount Analyst you will have the breadth to influence a huge part of the bank with the opportunity to support headcount and recruitment planning for 18,000 people. Within this role you will be taking HR data, cleansing this data and feeding it out to the Journey Planners. You will work in conjunction with Recruitment Managers, and you will have Governance responsibilities.
Essential skills required for this role:
Intermediate Excel and data analysis
Prioritisation and the ability to meet deadlines
Being able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Desirable skills:
Tableau
Experience in Workforce Planning
