This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:





As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Workforce Planning

- Shift allocation, staff attendance monitoring, sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in cases of absence or sickness

Staff Welfare

- Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field

Incident Reporting

- Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procedures as necessary

Data Management

- Collating and processing staffing data, as required

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:




Must have the Right to Work in the UK Proactive, responsible, and reliable, with the capability to lead a team of employees Able to interact and influence both front-line colleagues and management to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, listen, support, and communicate effectively Willing and able to work a mix of

days and nights

on a 4 on 2 off rota Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
