Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Working Foreman to oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of crews on-site to ensure construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and tradespeople on-site. Organize daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members. Ensure all work is performed according to drawings, and specifications. Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project standards. Enforce site safety rules and ensure workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment operators to maintain steady workflow. Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings. Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays in coordination with the project manager. Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones. Inspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure proper use and maintenance. Report progress, incidents, and workforce needs to site management.

Experience

Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
