The Role

We're seeking a

Working Foreman

to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role overseeing small teams on high-quality

hard landscaping and playground installation

projects.

You'll be responsible for:

Supervising and motivating a small team to deliver quality work safely and efficiently Working on the tools -- timber construction, paving, foundations, and other hard landscaping tasks Supporting our Project Manager with pricing, scheduling, and site organisation Preparing and maintaining

RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

Acting as the client-facing representative on site -- professional, well-spoken, and presentable Ensuring high standards of safety, workmanship, and communication across the site

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in

hard landscaping, timber construction, or similar outdoor build environments

Comfortable leading a small team while still working practically on site Well-organised, proactive, and a clear communicator Professional and confident when dealing with clients Experienced in reading drawings and working to tight deadlines

Required:

Valid CSCS card Full UK driving licence

Preferred:

SSSTS / SMSTS First Aid certification
