Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and management.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Facilitate communication between team members and management to promote a collaborative work environment. Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory or supervisor role within the relevant industry. Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
