The Leicester Landscaping Company Ltd is a local business, covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland creating garden transformation's for our domestic clients.

This is not an easy role.

This role consists of working with and managing 3 high end domestic landscaping teams.

The applicant who gets this role will hold a high level of importance within our organisation, and is a progressive role within the company for the right candidate.

This role is to manage the day to operations of our 3 domestic landscaping teams. This role includes some manual work and 3-4 hours a day of driving. If you do not enjoy getting your hands dirty and lots of driving

this is not

the role for you!

If you enjoy managing projects but not working on them full time, over seeing teams, organising deliveries, having the final touch on a project and liaising with team members to achieve high standard projects. This may be the job for you!

Duties and responsibilities:

Organising the day to day running of the 3 landscaping teams Arranging material deliveries to assist the teams Liaising with the office team and customers with the running of projects Improving efficiency of teams Aiding in the development of the business Driving to collect and drop off ad hock materials as needed
Your pay will be made up of the following:

Salary starting from 35,000 depending on experience

Time and half overtime (average team member earns around 5,000 pear year/just over 400 per month)

You will need to have these skills:

Experience in running/ managing teams

Reliable and trustworthy

Minimum 5 years construction experience

Motivated

Adaptable to change

excellent customer service skills
