Job Title: Site Foreman / Site Manager - Residential Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced

Site Foreman / Manager

to join our team, overseeing the refurbishment of residential properties following flood and fire damage. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to deliver projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise refurbishment projects on residential properties. Coordinate and oversee trades, subcontractors, and site operations. Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Undertake practical tasks on-site as required, leading by example. Act as the main point of contact for clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

SMSTS qualification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

Full, clean UK driving licence. Proven track record in site management within the construction/refurbishment sector. Ability to provide evidence of qualifications and experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Trade background preferred, with the ability to contribute hands-on when required. Willingness to travel across Middlesborough and Newcastle area as projects demand.
