We're looking for a
Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
to join our team covering theFalkirk area
. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and supporting a small team across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support cleaning staff across designated sites Carry out cleaning duties as required to ensure high standards Conduct quality checks and complete site audits Manage stock levels and cleaning supplies Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times Liaise with clients and report to management on site performance
Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence
(company van provided) Previous cleaning and supervisory experience essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations Flexibility with working hours (some early mornings/evenings may be required)We Offer:
