Hours: Full-time - 4 on 4 off
Salary: 31,000

We're looking for a hands-on and motivated

Working Pick, Pack & Returns Chargehand

to join our warehouse team.

You'll be an integral part of day-to-day operations -- leading by example on the shop floor, keeping things running smoothly, and stepping up to support the Team Leader when they're not on shift.

What you'll do:

Work alongside the team to

pick, pack, and process customer orders

accurately and efficiently

Support and coordinate

warehouse staff to meet daily targets and deadlines Ensure correct labelling, packing, and presentation of orders for dispatch Assist in managing

returns processing

-- inspecting, reworking, and repacking items where required Maintain

high health & safety

and housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas

Cover the Team Leader role

when required, ensuring consistent workflow and communication with management Help identify and report any operational issues, working with colleagues to find solutions

What we're looking for:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (picking, packing, or returns) Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality Great communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude Ability to take initiative and lead by example Comfortable using handheld devices and WMS systems Reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
