Working Recruitment LTD are actively recruiting a team of TSS agents to join an established Global company and to work full time in the Sussex HQ. The telephone Total Support Service (TSS) Representatives are responsible for facilitating targeted enrollment activities and increasing membership in the UK and Globally.
The primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Meeting minimum business goals
Maintaining expertise in eligibility, recognised process, and program specifications while maintaining strict compliance guidelines for all lines of business
Handling in-bound telephone inquiries from prospective members, providers, and other partners seeking information regarding all aspects of the program cycle
Conducting follow up outbound calls relevant to campaigns, requests for information from end users, after-hour messages, and website inquiries with KPI’s in mind
Providing assistance to external enquiries regarding membership, commission, verification of eligibility, and other services, as requested; acting as outward facing support for Working Recruitment LTD client’s projects
Ensuring that information and assistance provided is within the standards established by all applicable laws and regulations and Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Departments
Documenting and tracking pre and post activities via the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Supporting other projects within the Sales and Marketing Department as directed by the Management Team
Providing external reports and marketing
On-Going Duties
Consistently meets the minimum organizational and departmental benchmarks (answering inbound calls, outbound tele-marketing, responding to Direct Mail inquiries and other duties as assigned) meets minimum performance and production standards; in addition, performance and production standards may be adjusted on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required to meet the department goals and objectives for all lines of business
