Call Centre Customer Service Representative + Full Time + Brighton & Hove Sussex
Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM
Starting Salary – Up to £25,000.00 per year, depending on experience
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Staffing & Recruitment Agency’s Brighton call centre is currently hiring several Customer Service Representatives for varying full time shifts.
This is a growing company who is expanding their Brighton & Hove call centre rapidly. They are hiring energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with customers over the phone & providing exceptional customer service.
The office is professional with noise cancelling cubicles, spacious workstations, a large dining area for employees as well as newer computer equipment to ease your day.
The Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls; speak to senior executives in a friendly upbeat manner, verify research information, & qualify leads. You may be asked to research an issue & follow up with the client.
Requirements +1 year or more of professional employment + A ‘Level Education + 30 wpm or greater + Submit to Working Recruitment LTD’s referencing & background screening
