Working Recruitment LTD are recruiting a team of Call Centre – Inbound Customer Service Agents to WORK in our clients Brighton office on a full-time permanent contract
Our client provides contact & customer ownership services based in their Brighton offices.
• Handle a high volume of inbound call professionally
• Makes proactive calls to follow up on Web requests
• May interface with client to answer questions on process or specialised situations.
Job Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• Degree or equivalent
• Typically requires 2+ years related experience (University education may count for related experience)
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure & remain flexible to changing demands and timelines
• Ability to understand, respond & resolve a wide range of customer issues
