Client Finance Control – WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Opportunity
job Title: Client Finance Control
Location: Brighton, SUSSEX
Salary Bracket: £60,000.00 / £70,000.00 depending on experience
Summary: Responsible for the performance of payroll & accrual management functions, ledger accounting, management & settlement of intercompany balances, forecasting reports & financial reporting. Use established financial principles & consistently produce a high quality & accurate work product.
Essential Job Duties:
• Perform Full Cycle financial control to include analysis of accounts or accounting transactions. Prepare & assist with cash management, P&L, Accruals, & reconciliations. Prioritise & maintain organisation of a high-volume workload for multiple locations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages timely & accurately in accordance with internal controls & requirements; Includes prioritising & maintaining high volume workload and productivity standards for multiple locations
• Apply appropriate procedures for preparation of accounting records, research of transactions & reporting
• Prepare & review fixed asset ledgers to ensure items are properly capitalised & depreciated based on Executive requirements; Calculate & record straight-line forecasting based on preferences
• Apply the financial policies & procedures of the company & bring inconsistencies & problems to the attention of board
• Effectively communicate & collaborate with multiple locations & management in a timely manner.
• Comply & assist with internal & external audits by providing appropriate documentation & information as requested
Education/Experience/Training:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Work Experience:
• Accounting experience or accounting internship experience preferred
