Job Key Details Receive telephone calls & respond to inquiries
Ask potential clients about their requirements
Carry out daily & weekly reporting on performance
Create leads through networking opportunities & cold calls
Job Qualifications & Experience
Degree Educated in any discipline
Practical experience in the outbound sales or B2B/B2C sectors is highly desired
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required
Should have a good attitude & able to interact well with clients
Should be able to work well under pressure & stay calm under stressful situations
Must have good telephone skills
Outstanding customer service skills
