The On Call Telephone Agents must have strong communication & Customer Service skills.
This position also requires to be detail oriented & able to multitask.
• Take Inbound calls
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, & time management skills.
• Resolve & follow-up on all customer enquiries
• Other duties as required.
• Previous telephone sales environment experience.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated, proactive & team players.
• Minimum 1-2 years Telephone experience.
• University Degree or equivalency required.
• Intermediate at minimum computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Effective written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service, communication & interpersonal skills required.
• Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
• Communicate, receive, & exchange information by means of the spoken & written word.
