Performance based incentives on top of a £21000.00/£28000.00 Annual Basic Pay include:
• Agent Accelerator Program: Earn up to £6,000.00 in bonuses your first year
• Quarterly Salary Reviews: Increase your annual salary by £4,000.00 first year
The Telephone Customer Service Sales Agent responsibilities range from:
• Use company-sponsored inbound & outbound leads to identify & schedule appointments with your customer base
• Assist & review the customer’s options & plan for their future
• Identify new avenues of sales and consultative closing opportunities
